About the Job
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Receiving and reviewing Requests for Quotations.
  • Determining an appropriate technical solution and decide upon suitable equipment to offer.
  • Obtaining costs of materials, consumables necessary to prepare quotations; Preparing quotations in accordance with the specified requirements and company policies.
  • Assisting in after-sales service were necessary to develop and maintain good customer service.
  • Assisting sale order administration
  • Actively seeking sales and marketing opportunities where possible.
  • Representing the company when required.
  • Carrying out such additional duties as may become necessary from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the sales operation.
