Job Description

  • Monitor services contract renewals
  • Fleet management and route process including maintenance required
  • Monitor the quality of orders and requested supplies
  • Follow-up on the purchasing of office supplies/stationary and its distribution to related requester
  • In charge to ordering mobile lines and select the bundle upon policy criteria
  • Participate in development and process improvements
  • Create database including suppliers vendors and necessary contacts
  • Responsible for Dept. Petty cash and its settlement
  • Monitor garages and car license renewal & weekly check the availability of cars
  • Immediate report to all shareholders for any analysis required
  • Monitor quality of work of external suppliers
  • Controlling Budget analysis and forecasting payments
  • Coordinate uniform exchanges according to received schedule
  • Responsible for follow-up all premises facilities in side , outside Cairo including fire alarm , firefighting & and Staff accommodation.
  • Monitoring the company cars and company equipment.
  • Monitoring the drivers availability & social insurance for the drivers staff .
  • Create & follow up the maintenance contracts & the renewal of contracts.
  • Managing , controlling the security & office boys outsourcing staff

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience as administration manager
  • Gender: Male
  • Computer literature: excellent in MS. office ( word , excel, power point) outlook & internet
  • Excellent in both written & spoken English
