Job Description
- Provide secretarial support to CEO
- Extensive and proactive diary management
- Assist in the administrative aspects of highly confidential matters
- International travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers etc.
- Processing and submission of expenses
- Review incoming communication taking action where appropriate
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organize events.
Job Requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a “can-do” approach to tasks and requests
- Ideally Short-hand and excellent typing skills;
- Good Computer literacy, speed and skill is essential (experience of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel are essential)
