Job Description
- Receive calls and attend to customers visits
- Handle customers requirements and inquiries
- Make sure of units readiness to be delivered
- Contact other departments to ensure customers payments before scheduling for delivery
- Coordinate between customers, site and management
- Inform site team with schedule of delivering units to customers, and follow up delivering
- Make sure that payments of insurance deposits are received Support sales team in interpret technical design to customer when required
