Job Description

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the achievement of the yearly plan via completion/launching of all initiatives as planned and achieving specified volume targets.
  • Coordinate and assist for execution of specific activities in the marketing calendar as per objectives mentioned in the annual plan.
  • Visit the market in order to monitor the brand performance, the off take, and the competition activity.
  • Ensure that annual profit, volume and market share objectives are achieved.
  • Assist in setting volume and value targets for relevant brands and revise it on monthly bases with the sales force.
  • Observe and report brand performance against objectives and initiate plans to ensure that objectives are fully met.
  • Perform detailed analysis (including consumer, competitive, and financial) to identify marketing opportunities and develop plans using ATL & BTL to defend competitive threats and grow the base business.
  • Liaise with Sales Team to ensure a combined commercial plan is developed to hit the company’s long term growth markets.
  • Liaise with Advertising and Media agencies and external vendors for the execution, development and evaluation of advertising campaigns and brand activities.
  • Understand and apply latest trends in the market, competition and/or product performance.
  • Respond timely to requests from customers.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to main the company excellent reputation within the FMCG community.
  • Participate in the development of product concepts, help uncover relevant consumer insights and translate these insights into provocative consumer advertising.
  • Effectively analyze market research data to identify business issues and trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis that identifies competitor strategies, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in post-launch analysis and reporting of new product initiatives vs. plan, including implications for the business and recommended actions.
  • Assist various departments to design and implement various sales materials such as merchandising and brochures for brand products.
  • Assist in the development of new label designs, package designs, marketing materials and others.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years brand marketing experience in FMCG industry
  • Strong and Strategic analysis capability for driving future strategies
  • Analytical & Innovative thinking leading to flawless execution
  • Creativity
  • Strong presentation & communication skills (both compiling and presenting)
  • Team work spirit
  • Able to meet tight deadlines & willing to put in long working hours
  • Self-motivated
  • Positive and confident attitude
  • Ability to work under stress to fulfill brand management activities in time.
  • Extensive knowledge of market research and other concepts of branding and marketing goods.
