Job Description
- Analysis of customer calls, chat, social media verbatim,
- Analysis of service requests to understand emerging issues and recurrent in-depth root cause investigations,
- Analysis of sales database to increase sales leads generation and conversion across international businesses,
- Analysis of loyalty database to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Data quality analysis for owners, tenants and wider group customers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in a study with a large quantitative component (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics) from a reputed University.
- Additionally, any certification or course work in business administration, technology/ digital would be beneficial.
Experience:
- 2+ years of industry experience, passionate about data, insights and communication.
- Solid knowledge of at least one Statistical/Econometric software, with preference for R, Python.
- Proven analytical and logic abilities.
- Ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Solid understanding of ETL applications, data pipelines, Oracle, Salesforce, BI tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
