Job Description

  • The HRMS Specialist will be responsible for day to day support of the HRMS system to include;
  • Data Entry and new account setups, data migration, upgrades, software implementations, data gathering, and report writing.
  • The HRMS Specialist will work with other team members to analyze practices and procedures to drive continual process improvements.
  • The HRMS Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support regarding all system issues and errors that arise from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience and sound working knowledge of different HR Management Software (HRMS)
  • Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.
  • Must have report development experience with reporting tools including SQL, Crystal Reports, Access, Excel.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication.
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two‐year college or technical school
