Job Description
- Design and implement the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Plan and implement sales program and prepare sales presentation and services demonstrations
- Set targets for the team and lead them to execute the sales plan to achieve the targeted sales.
- Manage, develop, coach, monitor and motivate the sales team to develop their skills.
- Recruit qualified and experienced sales team, train and develop them.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and keep up to date with current market updates
- Provide report of sales progress and analyze trends and results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- An experience of 7 years (previous experience in Agriculture or Real Estate is preferred)
- High communication & leadership skills.
- High organization and planning skills.
