About the Job
  • Design and implement the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Plan and implement sales program and prepare sales presentation and services demonstrations
  • Set targets for the team and lead them to execute the sales plan to achieve the targeted sales.
  • Manage, develop, coach, monitor and motivate the sales team to develop their skills.
  • Recruit qualified and experienced sales team, train and develop them.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  • Meet with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge and keep up to date with current market updates
  • Provide report of sales progress and analyze trends and results.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • An experience of 7 years (previous experience in Agriculture or Real Estate is preferred)
  • High communication & leadership skills.
