Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities Includes but not limited to:
- Maintenance and solve the troubles and failures of the production machines.
- Dealing with PLC Siemens S7 200-300 and Siemens drives.
- Dealing with servo motors and servo controllers.
- Dealing with the plant instruments.
- Leading the junior maintenance engineers.
- Preparation of the spare parts required for the production machines.
- Preparation and implementation of periodic, preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance schedules and plans for all equipment and facilities in the plant.
- Maintenance of electrical loads (Power, Lighting, HVAC system).
- Maintenance of low current system (Fire Alarm, CCTV, and LAN).
- Study offers, prices & selection of suppliers.
- Following up operating & maintenance all utilities:- - Power transformers - Electric Generators - UPS System - Electric Forklifts in warehouse section - Low voltage Panels. - Air compressors. - Water pumps & fire fighting pump. - Water treatment plant. - Chillers & HVAC. - BMS System.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent command of English language is a Must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
