Job Description

  • Communicating needs proactively with HR department and business management, to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues; consult with line management and provide HR guidance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build a culture and increase productivity and retention.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Drive consistency of approach across the organization in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organizational needs.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
  • Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
  • Aligns performance management and reward strategies to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance and innovation with and across the business groups.
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure that compensation practices are linked in the overall strategy.
  • Analyze Human Resources key metrics (turnover, exit interviews, days to fill Positions, and cost per hire) and utilize data for improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 5 years direct HRBP/Generalist experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
