Senior Accountant

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations for diversified activities by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
• Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
• A successful Senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
• Senior Accountant shall have experience in Promotional Accounting that deals with promotional items, initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile various company accounts, such as Sales, cost of sales, inventory, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, banks, etc…
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
• Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
• Perform a variety of accounting tasks related to promotional activities for the company.
• Record the amount of money spent on promotional activities, as well as the revenue or income generated by those activities.
• Participate in financial standards-setting and in the forecast process.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
• Assist and cooperate with tax audits and tax returns.
• Assist and cooperate with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable accounting principles.
