Job Description
- Supervise & support all teaching staff in the Key Stage & provide guidance by offering advice and leading regular professional development training sessions.
- Promote, develop, implement and evaluate action plans for curriculum assessment.
- Meet with Parent when needed.
- Checks on implementation of Assessment for Learning strategies in the classroom.
- Analyze assessment data to ensure Teaching & Learning meets the needs of all students in the Key Stage.
- Monitor progress in all areas of the Key stage, and set development plans when required.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in a Leadership position in an education institute/International School.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Degree/Diploma in education is a plus.
