- Check the quality of the online Job posts on FORASNA for Blue & White collars.
- Consult FORASNA clients on there hiring and recruitment needs.
- Monitor the jobs added and assessing the quality of the applied candidates.
- Help the Clients with the filtration process on their added jobs.
- Follow with the clients and making sure that their demands are met.
- Recommending Job Seekers profiles for our clients and making sure that they are satisfied.
Job Requirements
- Excellent oral and written English.
- At least 1-year experience in recruitment.
- Experience with Blue & White collars- with large organization or recruitment agency is preferred.
- Maintain great customer satisfaction.
- Superior phone Communication skills.
- Attention to details.
