Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day activities of CR specialists
- Conduct reports analyzing the customer service level provided by the team
- Monitor & deliver performance & productivity reports
- Meet with customers who have critical / complicated cases
- Escalate customers’ complex problems & complaints to senior management
- Make recommendations for departmental improvements
- Prepare yearly action plan to address clients' needs and insure they are satisfied
- Meet customer service objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budget
- Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for customer service department
- Develop effective communication strategies to enhance relationship with customers and increase their satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience 3+ years in same position, Real Estate is a MUST
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Good communication & presentations skills
- Management Skills
