About the Job
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of CR specialists
  • Conduct reports analyzing the customer service level provided by the team
  • Monitor & deliver performance & productivity reports
  • Meet with customers who have critical / complicated cases
  • Escalate customers’ complex problems & complaints to senior management
  • Make recommendations for departmental improvements
  • Prepare yearly action plan to address clients' needs and insure they are satisfied
  • Meet customer service objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budget
  • Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for customer service department
  • Develop effective communication strategies to enhance relationship with customers and increase their satisfaction
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience 3+ years in same position, Real Estate is a MUST
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication & presentations skills
  • Management Skills
