Job Description
- Performs daily SAP monitoring, troubleshooting, and correction of the SAP environments; creates and maintains SAP system administrative jobs including job spooling reorganizations and synchronizations
- Oversees SAP database administration and monitoring
- Conducts application of OS patching; Performs system tuning and monitoring
- Identifies and performs application SAP support packages
- Manage system level printers and peripherals
- Provides support to the SAP portal environment
- Provides support and maintenance of the SAP LDAP and SSO configurations
- Installs SAP proprietary or other add-on software
