Job Description
- Contribute to the development of our digital marketing strategy and effectively deploy digital marketing tactics to reach our target audience in the right place at the right time, via a range of channels including web, SEO/SEM, PPC, retargeting, paid social, affiliate and other key channels.
- Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
- Must have experience managing large scale online programs including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Video Ads, Email Marketing, and KPI analytics tools, Analytics.
- Develop and execute on ongoing inbound and outbound campaigns across a variety of product offerings, solutions, verticals, and personas.
- Continually source and analyze data, provide actionable insights into the global marketing team, and revise campaign tactics to optimize the lead-to-prospect-to-customer conversion rate.
- Manage several concurrent campaigns focused on customer acquisition.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of defining, executing & measuring marketing strategies & tactics in digital & direct response channels.
- Ability to evaluate & optimize the entire customer journey from the top of funnel entry points through application to conversion.
- Work well under pressure (like the song) and be able to rock it out with short deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
