Senior Purchasing Officer

Job Summary (Scope)

Perform an entry level of foreign purchasing work in providing procurement services throughout the organization. Process and prepare all purchasing documents.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to

• Request quotations and info from foreign suppliers.
• Prepare and issue of purchase orders to foreign suppliers based on DPR “Department Purchase Request “.
• Track and expedite supplier’s deliveries.
• Prepare Bank customs & formalities supporting to keep full suppliers records.
• Coordinate with clearing agent to ensure that goods are received at company warehouse.
