Job Description
- Managing & controlling fleet petty cash process & cycle.
- Managing & Controlling supplier's accounts & payments cycles
- Managing & monitoring special projects (ex: Fuel cards) payments cycle.
- Provide the quality reports for the fleet operation ( Fuel Consumptions , Fleet monthly KPIs, etc.…)
- Control operational cost.
- Transportation Invoices & Payment Terms problem solving.
- Enhance business relationship with suppliers
- Review all financial transactions of the Transportation
- Control operational of Fuel of the pool car cost
- Prepare monthly reports
- Drivers Petty cash Handling
- Review and approve monthly invoices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fleet management.
- Accounting Knowledge
- English Language
- MS Office & Internet
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Fleet & admin management.
- FMCG Background is preferred.
