About the Job
- To analyze the general expenses of all divisions inside the company.
- To do all data entry of all activities like files, banks, treasures, and all other activities.
- To control the expenses of the customs clearance and ensures all settlements are timely and accurately done.
- To review payroll sheets prepared and submitted to finance dept. by HR dept.
- To control the company treasury.
- To prepare a sales report on a monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual basis so as to be revised and approved by the finance manager to be presented to the top management.
- To give hand and support in preparing financial statements and budget.
- To work hard on continuous self-development.
- To give hand and support whenever the need arises.
