Job Description

  • To analyze the general expenses of all divisions inside the company.
  • To do all data entry of all activities like files, banks, treasures, and all other activities.
  • To control the expenses of the customs clearance and ensures all settlements are timely and accurately done.
  • To review payroll sheets prepared and submitted to finance dept. by HR dept.
  • To control the company treasury.
  • To prepare a sales report on a monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual basis so as to be revised and approved by the finance manager to be presented to the top management.
  • To give hand and support in preparing financial statements and budget.
  • To work hard on continuous self-development.
  • To give hand and support whenever the need arises.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant experience in working on ERP Systems.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Extremely alert, focused and responsive.
  • Significant motivation for self and others.
  • Significant time management skills.
  • Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Office applications and the ability to navigate through the internet.
  • Language ability: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from officials, and customers.
