Job Description

Attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. Gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Social media analysis; continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience digital marketing and social media
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
