Job Description

  • Provide first level support including problem resolution for software applications, hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs
  • Support the setup of all new hardware, especially desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Manage help-desk ticketing system, including the appropriate assignment of support tickets to members of the IT department
  • Assist in the management of printers, copiers, and print servers
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation on hardware and software, maintenance and practices, and problem resolutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the IT help-desk Manage

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience in the configuration and administration of Windows and Linux.
  • knowledge in the administration for MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge in networking (VPN, virtualization, and firewall)
  • Knowledge in switches and routers
  • Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Preferable to have CCNA, MCP or MCTS certifications.
  • Preferable to have good Knowledge ERP system (Odoo)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Having good documentation skills.
