Job Description
- Submitting monthly plan of PJP, with minimum coaching field visits with 80% of month time.
- Ensure of complete coverage of class A+ and class A pharmacy in the assigned territory on monthly basis.
- Submit coverage report to RSM/KAM on daily basis, and submit coaching report to RSM/KAM on monthly basis.
- Ensure the development of field force through checking the daily objective, perfect execution of visibility elements as per targets, ensure proper reporting for all field activities of field force on the agreed systems, and provide feedback to the team upon ending the coaching day through highlighting strengths & areas of improvement and assure that it is followed and worked upon.
- Distributor branch management through the continuous follow up with branch Telesales manager and branch manager to check all products availability, the perfect replenishment of stocks, KOL customer sales and the performance of the monthly targets for the distributor branch.
- Admin work: submitting monthly plan, daily reports and visibility reports (or assure team submission on agreed upon systems).
- Continuous analysis for the territory performance through analyzing the weekly reports of sales, stocks, distribution, execution and deviation of the visibility. And align with RSM/KAM about the month to go plans to achieve the agreed upon targets.
- Ensure team is complete with no vacancies for more than one month, with planned succession plan for leaving individuals.
- Cover the vacant areas till hiring new candidate, through managing monthly time between coaching & sales target achievement.
