Job Description
- Design and construction R&D lab and application center from A-Z by smart tools.
- Development the current products.
- Ensure processes are capable and products are legal and safe by proper formulation shelf life testing, proper selection of raw materials.
- Analysis every raw material introduce in production process.
- Advice on propositions for increases in profit resulting from new products /process/etc.
- Develop new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in ٍScience, pharmacy or Agriculture .
- Equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a high volume, fast pace environment.
- Demonstrated organization skills/ability to keep exact and detailed records.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building relationships, keeping others pro-actively informed.
