Job Description
- Set Marketing plan - that aligned with corporate strategy - and follow achievements
- Set marketing functional strategy
- Design promotion plans in cooperation with marketing team
- Implement products strategies based on detailed analysis for each product
- Overseeing and managing a large team of Sales & marketing, typically spanning a wide geographical area
- Identifying valuable emerging markets and determine sales channels for each area
- Accurately forecasting future sales, forming sales targets & plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace, and follow up the achievement of these plans.
- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
- Maximizing company profitability
- Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace
- Forming sales strategies to keep company competitive and innovative
- Prepare sales and marketing policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in business administration, or similar field (Preferred MBA holders)
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is a must (prefer distribution , retail and wholesale
- Solid understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive understanding of business growth models and ability to foresee commercial opportunities
- Strong working knowledge of metrics to monitor performance of commercial activities
- Strategic development and critical thinking skills
