Job Description

We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will work on managing multi brands online presence on social media. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
  • Day to day management of content on social platforms
  • Manage and monitor social media activities
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Content production - writing, updating and creating social content to drive interaction
  • Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights, based on a clear understanding of business objectives
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Communicate with followers; respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Brand basic research
  • In-depth brand research
  • Communication Social Media Plan
  • Editorial calendars and implementations

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( English & Arabic)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Team player
  • Professional, dedicated, reliable and loyal work ethic
