Job Description

Ensure our messages propagates properly across the company, increase employee’s engaging in various activities to increase motivation and position Dell EMC Egypt COE as a Great Place to Work

Accountabilities

  • Showcasing the stories of Dell EMC Egypt Center of Excellence and communicating employee and business unit success by developing story content, documentary videos, magazines, and newsletters.
  • Identifying the need for Internal Employee or leadership Campaigns and managing the planning and execution activities.
  • Collaborating with senior executives and working with the Global communications and Sustainability teams to identify opportunities to increase the visibility and strengthen Egypt Center of Excellence’s brand both internally and externally among different groups of customers, candidates and communities.
  • Developing and implementing the existing communications plan across the network's distinct audiences and continue to evaluate on a regular basis
  • Leading all employee engagement activities including but not limited to Employee Resource Groups, as well as putting communications vehicles in place to create momentum and awareness as well as to test the effectiveness of communications activities and track and measure the level of employee engagement
  • Working directly with the corporate communications team to ensure alignment, integrated messaging with global objectives.
  • Building relationships with the field marketing team, PR, and corporate communication teams to ensure brand/ corporate identity alignment and working with them in implementing global initiatives locally.
  • Responsible for all internal communication channels and content.
  • Converting story ideas into online content on Dell internal network that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action, as well as managing the content of all print and digital material.
  • Events: Planning and managing all elements of Egypt Center of Excellence internal & external events including but not limited to design, marketing, implementation, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Planning and executing all the business units’ branding requirements and marketing campaigns and generating collateral and videos as needed.
  • Create collateral internally and externally as required to meet campaigns plan
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get best offer/deals.
  • Responsible for managing and updating Egypt COE internal and external websites
  • Extend the communications channels to be more mobile, social and gamified going forward
  • Branding for our internal and external events
  • Maintain the Egypt COE internal and external overview presentations with key messages
  • Managing and maintaining the Internal Marketing program’s budget

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, major marketing
  • 6+ years of experience, 2 years internal communication or employee branding.
  • Managed cross functional teams
  • MS Office Suite
  • Computer Skills
  • Adobe Creative Cloud working knowledge specially Photoshop, illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience in coordinating events and marketing campaigns
  • PMP certificate is a plus
