Job Description

  • Greet visitors and keep a log for visitors in addition to attending inquiries made by phone or in person.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing courier processes and keep a proper record of them.
  • Receive incoming invoices and send it to Alexandria Office.
  • Receive cheques from finance department to be collected by the concerned parties and make sure that the authorized recipient submits all the supporting documents after collection and hand the cheque supporting documents to the finance department, and maintain a cheque delivery log.
  • Follow-up the maintenance of Office Equipment as well as Occupational Safety Equipment.
  • Handling the inventory for (Letterheads, envelops, Business cards, ect.)
  • Coordinate between Cairo Office and Alexandria Head Office.

Job Requirements

  • College degree, preferably with relevant experience
  • Computer Skills
  • Good English Language
