Job Description
We're running an Online Hiring Event this Saturday to hire L1 Customer Support Engineers ($30k/year).
Online Hiring Events are live forums designed to enable you to understand the role and requirements through an interactive Q&A session followed by a self-directed testing process. The testing takes between 3-5 hours to complete. It’s worth taking the time to finish all the tests because we evaluate every single complete application to find the top talent.
This event will include all testing required to apply for the role. Upon grading the tests, and if you advance, we will set up an interview with the hiring manager.
As a Recruitment Analyst, you will become part of a dynamic team of analysts who work to find the top talent, define evaluation methods, fine-tune our process, and continuously innovate how to redefine global hiring. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates and maintaining recruitment tests
Job Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment and evaluating candidates profiles.
- Fluency in English
- Strong commitment to excellent quality of your work.
- Ability to discern language proficiency through a minimal amount of audible evidence.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
- Agile (nimble) mindset allowing to frequently change direction to continually improve processes
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Positive attitude
