Job Description

  • Tele-market software products & services via phone
  • Introduce company profile to customers.
  • Identify customer software requirements.
  • Run a phone-based questionnaire dialog with prospects and leads.
  • Record prospect customer information.
  • Maintain database of prospects, leads and opportunities
  • Evaluate prospects to be qualified into leads.
  • Follow up prospects and leads.
  • Report in defined format to sales team manager
  • Follow defined quality and sales procedures while running sales activities
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
  • Carry out satisfaction, awareness and perception surveys and report
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of communication activities
  • Carry out pre-event activities; Invite clients and prospects for seminars , exhibitions and client days
  • Carry out Post event activities; follow up on attendees and collect feedback
  • Carry out continuous updating and maintaining of an effective database for clients and prospects

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Good Marketing & Selling skills.
  • High inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside telesales department.
  • Ability to work with a phone for long hours.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and good command of English languages.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Former telesales and communications skills training and IT (software) knowledge is required.

Essential Required Experience:

  • Experience 2-3 years working on telemarketing to generate new leads for sales
  • Experience in generating leads for technology, hardware and software solutions
  • Experience on targeting the right market sector based on the company sales plan
  • Experience on reaching the decision makers and get connected with them
  • Experience of evaluating the leads that come from in-bound calls from prospect customers
  • Experience on evaluating and filtering directories to build the needed contacts base that can help on reaching the targeted customers
  • The job will be office or outside meetings expected or required
