Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Prepares a pool of CVs, screen and select CVs for relevant positions
- Sets appointments and interview dates and conduct interviews.
- Explain job offer to the selected candidate.
- Ensure that the Newly hired employee has submitted all the required documents.
- Prepare newly hired contracts and application no.1
- Conduct induction training for newly hired employees.
- Assists in completing the annual Performance cycle
- Assists in developing the technical training plan, and makes all necessary administrative arrangements for the running of internal/external training courses
- Handle resignation/termination process (resignation form, application no. 6, etc..)
- Follow-up that newly hired employees open bank accounts for any payment transfer
- Distribution of SIM cards, follow-up that they are working properly.
- Other tasks.
Job Requirements
- 2 years experience as HR specialist, Preferable in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related.
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent command of English language is a Must.
- Diploma and\or training courses in HR is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
