Job Description
Main Duties:
- Handling Irish Customers for The SME Queue or Selling them Vodafone's Products for the SME Telesales Queue (New Profile) for the Entities accounts
- The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standards
Working Conditions:
- 9 hours rotational within 8 a.m and 11 p.m
- 2 days off Rotational
- Work location :- Dallah (Maadi)

Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- GRADUATES & UNDERGRADUATES who can work as full timers
- Excellent Communication and Soft Skills

- Telesales Experience is a Plus for the Telesales Queue
