They design and deliver all kinds of training courses – from lectures to lab exercises – for the benefit of internal and external customers. Working closely with colleagues, tech experts, partners and customers, they shape curriculum content to suit diverse needs. Key Responsibilities
- Defines and manages strategy and roadmap of education offerings aligned to business priorities
- Supports and/or drives a consultative engagement with stakeholders to understand and document audience requirements and business justification
- Analyzes requirements and collaboratively determines appropriate education solution, including defined success criteria (audience forecast, business impact, etc.)
- Manages the evolution and continuous improvement of education offers, end-to-end, from inception to retirement, analyzing offer performance and feedback throughout the lifecycle
- Develops/maintains subject matter affinity across product(s) within the portfolio as appropriate
- Participates in cross-functional interlocks to discuss project prioritization, roadblocks, general updates
- Works collaboratively with Instructional Designer when defining education plans to satisfy audience requirements
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Ability to apply product management methodology to identify opportunity, define and plan offerings
- Business acumen with strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Technology/domain knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory
- Consultative engagement with ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders (needs analysis, offer definition, education validation)
- Ability to triage and prioritize competing demands and determine alternate solutions
