Job Description
We are looking for people to join our growing operations team to deliver a unique experience to our restaurants. If you are self driven, numbers driven, proactive in solving problems, capable of delivering comprehensive info to different types of audience, come join us.
What you will do:
- Onboard: Help restaurant agents getting started on elmenus ordering platform. Train them to engage with elmenus app and support center.
- Engage & Follow up: Schedule daily visits to restaurants. Follow up with restaurants agents to make sure their operations experience with elmenus is running smoothly, solve their problems and provide them with ongoing tools and tips to stay on track
- Monitor & Report: Monitor SLAs and spot problematic restaurants/agents, collect restaurants issue, enhance their performance and make sure they comply with our SLAs. Extract reports & deliver daily, weekly, monthly dashboards to restaurants management & agents.
Job Requirements
Who you are:
- Self driven, this job requires a dynamic person who is able to multitask and prompt in taking the right corrective action on time.
- Efficient in planning your day as you will be visiting a lot of restaurants per day.
- A persistent attitude, a can do attitude, I will make it happen no matter what.
- You don’t mind working outdoors.
- Mastering Excel/ google sheets, capable of drafting analysis and willing to learn how you use different systems.
- Numbers driven, Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Very strong communication & organisation skills.
- GUC/AUC/BUE/MSA/BIS Graduates would be highly prefered.
