Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools and your responsibilities are:
- To coordinate the creation of digital content.
- To create & execute well thought-out and innovative digital marketing strategies.
- To work across social media platforms.
- To work on Google analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
- To track social media analytics.
- To write and optimize content for our websites and social media accounts.
- To identify customers’ needs and gaps in the company’s digital presence.
Job Requirements
- Experience in creating a social media content plan and executing it seamlessly.
- Must be very knowledgeable in growing audience organically.
- Must show a proven track record of managing and growing user bases across social media channels.
- Must know how to follow trends and leverage them.
- General knowledge of SEO is required.
- Must have experience in Email Marketing.
- Must be able to demonstrate what measures and techniques they took to increase Open Rate, Click Through Rate, and reduce Bounce Rate.
- Must have a comprehensive idea of different Arab cultures and its nuances.
- Familiarity with content marketing.
- Knowledge of YouTube and video production is a plus.
- A keen eye for design is a plus.
- Experience in PPC/SEM and display marketing experience is a plus.
- English Proficiency is a must- writing, reading and speaking.
- Must be good with numbers and analyzing KPI's.
