Job Description
- To represent the company in front of labor office and other governmental entities.
- Issue social insurance prints.
- Fill and submit Social Insurance Forms #1,2and 6.
- Payments for social insurance dues on time to avoid any penalties.
- Issue health insurance booklet for employees.
- Visit bank periodically to submit new application and receive newly issued ATM cards.
- Deal with new hired employees to check the validity and accuracy of the enrollment documents.
- Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine".
- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Provide periodic reports about employee’s regularity and review employees’ vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, Buses.
- Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance
- Ensure issuing all governmental monthly and periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department.
- Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Make sure that all governmental documentation records of employees’ are up to date.
- Management of apartments for expatriate employees
- Management of lines of buses for the transfer of employees
- Follow-up of service workers
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Experience Needed: 2 to 4 years
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Very good in Microsoft office
