Job Description
- Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments to destinations globally, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
- Process shipments on FedEx and UPS system
- Assists office staff in maintaining files and database
- Prepares reports.
- Monitors office operations
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email inquiries
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Maintaining the company social media accounts
Job Requirements
- Gender Female
- Very fluent in English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages (Microsoft Office-excel-power point)
