Job Description

  • Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments to destinations globally, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc
  • Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations
  • Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
  • Process shipments on FedEx and UPS system
  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and database
  • Prepares reports.
  • Monitors office operations
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email inquiries
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Maintaining the company social media accounts

Job Requirements

  • Gender Female
  • Very fluent in English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages (Microsoft Office-excel-power point)
