About the Job
- IT Network, Hardware and software support. Applying software patch and updates whenever it is required.
- Primary point of contact for reported call center issues, hardware/software problems
- Office 365 Management and support
- First point of contact for Avaya and coordinate with Avaya team in case of any technical issues.
- Managing or generating different reports/customizations for management/clients as requested.
- Training new employees in EMR, Email or any software or hardware used in business.
- Handling IT procurements based on budget and business needs
- Submitting ticket with different technology partners, vendors or service providers in case of any technical issues and coordinating with them to solve issues based on priorities.
- Implementing, following IT security policies and guidelines.
- Tracking and maintaining all IT inventory.
