About the Job

Call Center Representative for a Multinational Company Arabic and English Voice accounts,

About The Job:

  • Receiving customer's phone calls and handling them in a professional manner.
  • Providing Basic Information to customers on accounts, orders, payments..etc
  • Providing Basic information about company policies, procedures and programs.

Working Conditions:

  • 9 working hours including 1-hour break on a rotational shift basis
  • 5 working days and 2 days off on the rotational basis
  • Work location: Maadi Technological park
  • Maximum shifts is 8 Pm for the Females
