About the Job

Responsible for:

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Documenting all customer contact activities into the CRM system and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly basis all activities and there outcomes
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Representing Tabarak projects at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers;
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • Advising on forthcoming project developments;
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the customer service department, or entering figures into a computer system;
  • Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
  • Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Job Roles: Sales/Retail
Job Requirements
  • Preferred fresh grads from (AUC – GUC – BUE - MIU) or any reputable university.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferred 1 years minimum experience in the Real Estate and/or Construction fields
