Job Description
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and/or services.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Preparing, Negotiating and renegotiating contracts by phone, email, and in person.
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferable
- Minimum Experience – 5 years in construction companies
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Must have a vast network of connections with Developers of Office Buildings, Brokers of Office spaces, Project Managers and Consultants
- Must be able to perform on ground survey for potential business
- On ground marketing and retrieving information of potential clients and projects
- Must have a proven track record of securing business
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must own a Car
- Highly Presentable appearance
