Job Description
- Manage all the process of production in the factory
- Maximize the factory performance and minimize any delays
- Complete all the production demand
- Supervise and handle all the JO within time and budget
- Handle all the production team and (job orders, work standards,
- Implementing management of all production operations in the factory.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual plant plan and the objectives of the production plan and its programs, quantities and specifications.
- Determine required quantities of raw materials and all production requirements according to the annual production plan.
- Receive orders of supply to transfer them to the work orders after reviewing them and reviewing the stock balances of the products.
- Distributes tasks to technicians including priorities, quality, finishing and speed of performance required and follows them during the work stages to deal with any emergency problems.
- Submit periodic reports on the follow-up of the productive activities of the Department and approval of new and alternative plans.
- Maintains the drawings of the company and make sure to put them in the archive.
- Coordinates with the Maintenance Department to preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure the efficiency of the equipment and production devices.
- Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensure that raw materials are not wasted during manufacturing.
- Directs the workers to the necessary guidelines for industrial security and to ensure that they follow the instructions in order to reduce accidents and injuries.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bsc. Mechanical/ Production engineering
- 3-7 years' experience in similar field
- Experience in Wood Manufactures and furniture is a must
- High Suitable qualified
- Good in English language and computer skills.
- Effective communication.
- Leadership and guidance.
- Ability to plan business and work budgets.
- Delegation of authorities.
