Key Responsibilities

• Coordination, and optimization of key partner enablement processes supporting a global services partner helpdesk team.
• Provides global support for partner manager's partner facing teams to enable revenue growth through automated processes.
• Coordinates continuous improvement projects aimed at process efficiencies.
• Works seamlessly between multiple cross functional teams, external channel program stakeholders, services partner helpdesk, and infrastructure teams.
• Conducts ongoing and proactive quality analysis, needs assessment to align on future solutions for the Services Partners team.
• Drives partner satisfaction in order to achieve the total partner experience.
