Job Description
- Authorizing for controlling over sales team by monitoring their visits and the invoices every sales representative make, visiting the retail market over greater Cairo and making audit reports to reveal our service network weakness points and coolers penetrations.
- Managing the customers database and coding new clients on the system, validating the data and designing digital maps for the sales teams’ territories.
- Manage the development & maintenance of customer level data for all regions including all trade channel (Direct ,Indirect, Presell)
- Implementing and validating the new systems deployment (Sales Buzz ,AX)
- Manage, monitor and analyze marketing research and sales activities against set goals .
- Develop control mechanisms over sales plans ,projected sales ,sales process, delivery process and collection process
- Engage with all Go To Market and sales transformation project (Time to sell ,distributor expansion) across all phases (Planning ,Communicating & Handover , Evaluation)
- Manage all sales routes optimization through creating balanced routes based on number of customers ,visits per day ,Drop size and route completion time in order to improve sales productivity
- Execute the coverage expansion plans through aligning with SV on coverage expansion plan and ensure targets are achieved in timely manner leading to increase unit’s productivity
- Provide ongoing training for the sales force team on data gathering ,routes reading & KPIs tracking to ensure maximum technology utilization
- Network analysis, analyzing spatial data, Map production and developing & modeling GeoTasks.
- Analyze ,integrate different system and developing all required reporting and GIS Desktop applications
Job Requirements
- Certified ArcGis Desktop (ArcMap – ArcCatalog) - Preferred
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command with English
- Good command with Microsoft Office ( Excel - Word)
- Over 2 Years experience
