Job Description
- Handling purchase order cycle with different departments
- Receive and review invoices from vendors, assemble voucher packages for approval by appropriate managers, process checks to send to vendors and handle suppliers’ inquires using oracle application
- Prepare monthly sales commissions, recording and issuing payments
- Controlling and Monitoring applied commission schemes on different levels
- Calculating and reporting income and withholding tax deducted from agents, sales and suppliers
- Preparing and issuing all payments
- Preparing Bank reconciliations & recording adjustments.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly and yearly financial statements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting.
- 2+ experience – preferred as AP accountant.
- Excel: v.good
- English: good
- Knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards.
