Job Description
As Front Desk & Office Administrator, you will be responsible to provide support in a variety of capacities which may include: administrative assistant; mail, and messenger services and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.)
About the job
As a Front Desk & Office Administrator, you will be doing the following activities:
Reception Functions
- Answer incoming calls and handle caller inquiries, direct calls and take adequate messages, greet, assist and directs visitors and requests to appropriate staff members; to meet visitors with flexibility and professionalism.
- Office support services receive, direct and relay telephones, pick up and receive emails.
Office Administration Functions:
- Courier delivery & pick up.
- Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment.
- Managing office facilities.
Job Requirements
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- Education: Bachelor Degree.
- Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar Admin role.
- Computer skills: Excellent competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
