Job Description
- Manages different challenges related to Blue-collar recruitment process
- Decreases the turnover rates and generate different related reports & analyses to the different job levels
- Conducts exit interviews
- Conducts employment fairs in upper Egypt areas
- Assists in hiring white collars, and other Operational HR functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Good command of English language
- Hands on experience in blue collars recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- HR Experience in Red sea & upper Egypt areas is a preferable
- Upper Egypt & red sea residences are preferable
