Job Description
- Preparation and follow-up opening letters of credit and swifts for import through banks.
- Review the record journal entries for the financial operations of the movement of the banks on the company's accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow-up the exchange rates of foreign currency and the interest payable for credit facilities in various banks that deal with the company and to submit proposals through financial reports sent to CFO.
- Follow-up and review of deposit movements and added to the company's accounts by customers directly.
- Follows up on the procedures of obtaining new lines of credit facilities from the banks.
- Coordinates banking relationships.
- Maintains relationships with senior credit bankers and financial institutions.
- Contacts all the sections managers to obtain and maintain the short-term cash forecasts and funds flows on an ongoing basis
- Supports all company departments with any required information
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Bachelor\s degree with a major in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable university.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and GP is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Car is Plus
