Job Description
- Handling daily requests.
- Create and design tour packages.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Quote travel packages.
- Manage contracted rates with suppliers.
- Booking all Travel Services needed.
Job Requirements
- Min 1-2 years of International Inbound/outbound customer service experience (travel domain / industry is mandatory)
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports specially for GCC market.
- Basic knowledge & minimum 6 months of working experience with either or both of GDS systems (Sabre / Galileo)
- Good communication skills (including English)
- Willing to work on rotational shifts
- Males are preferred
